IT Help Drop-in
We recognise more and more services are going online but not everyone has access or understands how to use the online process, so our IT Help drop-in service is there to help you do things like:
- navigate around your device using your mobile phone, tablet, iPad, laptop & apps
- connect to the internet
- create an email address, save documents
- access council, NHS, Government websites
- manage your health online
- pay your bills and order shopping safely
- basic computer skills
- send an email
- use WhatsApp
- and so much more
IT Help Drop-in sessions are held in various community centres and libraries throughout Warrington. Often there is a coffee morning or lunch group happening at the same time, which provides a welcoming and friendly approach.
Come along with your phone or tablet and have a one-to-one chat with one of our many volunteers.
