Walk: 5 miles, moderate, 130 m descent/ascent, 12 stiles, short flight of steep steps down and 39 steps up. Down Parbold Hill across fields to the Leeds Liverpool Canal and back up across fields and through woodland (Fairy Glen). Great views across the Douglas Valley if weather is clear and hopefully lots of bluebells and wild garlic.

Note: Pub will not be open at the start of the walk for toilets.
