Walk: A leisurely loop on paths between the canal and the Mersey. Mostly flat and on tarmac or hardcore; no steps or stiles.

Other: There won't be a comfort break after my house until midday when The Ferry Tavern opens. We'll stop there for a drink but unfortunately it doesn't serve food, so lunch will be at The Red Lion on Warrington Road - menu on the pub website. Responses by Monday 12th please.
