Details: We walk around Teggs Nose (but not up it) so there are hills and dales, mud and muck, animals in fields, Langley village and reservoir, several stiles but fantastic views across Cheshire, summer meadows and a lovely pub lunch (menus here). It can be quite muddy in places. Moderate to hard walk. Sticks advisable if you need support/balance.
