Walk: Approx 7-7.5 miles, through woods and open moorland. Great views in good weather. Largely good paths, a few stiles. Expect mud! Walking poles useful.

Meet: 10:30 start from Nelsons Pit visitors centre, Poynton, SK12 1TH, What3words ///aviators.theme.regulates. Parking £4, cash, card or RingGo. Toilets at the carpark and part way round the walk.
