Walk: 5.5 miles along canal towpath, riverbanks, river eyes meadows and woodland. Also the odd industrial heritage and current industrial site. No stiles but a few staircases over footbridges. Suggest gaiters and poles. The walk is mainly flat.
Lunch: Please check menu on pub website Menus - The Stag, pre-order required by Noon Sunday 16th February, food limited to 20. Toilets should be available prior to walk.
