Walk: 5.5 miles up to the Statue "the Dream", through Clock Face Country Park, and Griffin Wood, over the M62 on a footbridge, and back past Mersey Valley Golf Club.  Mostly good paths.

Lunch: The Griffin will not take an advance booking, but they know we are coming, and you are welcome to stay for a meal, order and pay individually at the bar.
