Walk: 5.5 miles, mainly dry, quiet lanes, Kissing gates . A pleasant ramble from the Plough, via Nova Scotia, Nunsmere, Newchurch common returning via Whitegate Way.

Reminder: Beauty Bank is a sharp left off the main road into a narrow lane, immediately after a long slatted wooden fence.
